I am a 19 year-old MIT (OpenCourseWare) student and my passion is Web Development Hacking & Research.
Objective: PHP/MySQL Developer – To obtain a position in a progressive web development company with a strong focus on creativity and problem solving. To find a position that is challenging, rewarding and provides an opportunity to expand my knowledge and abilities.
I possess over five years of experience in Web Development. I develop web applications in front-end and back-end level. For the front-end development level (User Interface – web layout) I write standard compliant / cross – browser code without using WYSIWYG programs (using the coding standards).
I know the specifications for (X)HTML structure, presentation [CSS (Cascading Style Sheets)] and behavior [unobtrusive Javascript/AJAX]. For the back-end level I develop web applications in PHP/MySQL & XML/XSL. I gave two speeches in conference in Greece, Kozani, in May 2007, that had to do with Programming and Internet Security. The speeches were: Hacking & Internet Security, PHP Boards. I used to teach HTML, MySQL, and PHP to a group of people (at school and at a tutor school).
I have developed numerous Web Applications and always mind about security. I work well with deadlines and I am able to co-operate with others very well. I am kind, trustworthy, and always willing to help and to learn new things. I always do my best to complete the work so the worker can enjoy the excellent outcome. I write code following the coding standards, my code is clean and tidy and I always make sure to add comments so that other people can understand what the procedure does at that part.
